The modern and clean hotel offered a spacious room perfect for our family, with a stunning view of the Skytree. The amenities like the washer-dryer and kitchenette were useful. The location was ideal, within walking distance to Ueno Park and other attractions, making family outings effortless.

The hotel was located really close to Ueno park and the museums and ueno zoo and many more places and the museums. I was upgraded to a nice room...

it was in a particularly good location with chosho-ji temple nearby. having a safe, television and a microwave in my clean room was really great. the workers were very kind. the whole place had a family atmosphere and i would like to stay there on the next trip.

This spacious family apartment is conveniently close to Ueno station, with a fine view of the skytree. While the kitchenette could use some basic supplies, and breakfast options are limited, the layout is practical, making it a cozy spot for families, despite some noise from the street.

I liked how clean and spacious the room was! Having a washing machine was a lifesaver, especially in the humid weather. The location was pretty convenient too, with Ueno Park and Ameyoko Street within walking distance. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made me feel at home!

But wow, was that walk to the train station a trek! It took us about 10-15 minutes, not ideal with kids and luggage. the breakfast was a big letdown–just cut-up fruit in a tiny space. Worst of all, we dealt with loud noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. Not what I expected at all!

I was really frustrated when we checked out and needed a bathroom for my kid while waiting in the lobby. They wouldn't let us use one, forcing us to run around outside for ten minutes. Completely inconsiderate!

The family suite was spacious and included a washer/dryer, very useful. The pillows were quite small, and we had difficulty getting the washer/dryer to dry our laundry efficiently. Great for families looking for convenience in a clean environment.

The on-site hot tub is a great way to unwind after a day's exploration. Definitely utilize it for relaxation.
